- Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations (Refund Policy)

As a general rule, cancellations or returns after an order has been placed are not accepted.
However, exchanges or returns will be accepted in the following cases:
- The artwork is significantly damaged.
- The lettering differs from what was ordered.
* This applies only when the lettering differs from the details specified by the customer at the time of order.
- Defective Products

If the delivered product differs from the order, or if the product is damaged or defective during delivery, we will replace it with a satisfactory product if stock is available. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued, with bank transfer fees borne by us.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to us with shipping charges payable on delivery.
* Returns cannot be accepted if we are not contacted within 7 days of delivery.
- Delivery Time
- In-stock items will normally be shipped within several days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Made-to-order items will be arranged separately after consultation.

- For bank transfers, payment must be made within 7 days after placing the order. For cash on delivery, payment is due upon receipt of the product.

- Prices are displayed for each product.
- Consumption Tax
- All displayed product prices include consumption tax.
- Total Amount Payable
- The amount payable consists of the product price displayed on the website, including consumption tax. Shipping charges may apply separately.
